Walls.io provides you with a variety of metrics and insights attributed to your social wall. With our Analytics feature, you can view:

The sentiment of posts
and more!
🌟 TLDR: This data allows you to measure the effectiveness of your social wall for campaigns, events, and other company initiatives. You will be able to see which social media platforms and content types perform best, giving you insights as to what could be leveraged in the future.
💡 Helpful Usage Tips: For all charts, you can hover over the info buttons to get information about which data is being represented. Hovering over the charts will also reveal additional details of the data presented!
Time Frame
To begin analyzing your social wall data, define a time frame by clicking the date range field.
🔎 Please note: The default analytics view shows data for the past 30 days.
A. Choose from pre-defined quick filters.
B. Or set a custom time frame by selecting exact days in the calendar.
Networks
The Networks view shows where the collected content originated from during the selected time frame. This gives you a quick overview of which social networks contributed the most posts to your wall.
You can also choose to switch between different styles of charts by clicking the corresponding buttons.
💡 Hint: The percentage indicator compares the currently selected time frame with the previous period of equivalent length.
For example, if you select "Last 30 days," the values will be compared to the 30 days prior. This helps you see whether your content volume or engagement is increasing or decreasing over time.
Content Details
Use these additional charts to get deeper insights into the content collected on your wall.
A. Post Type: Shows the total number of collected posts within the selected time frame and how they are distributed across different post types (photos, videos, text posts, album/multi-image posts).
B. Interactions: Gives you an overview of how people interacted with the collected content. This includes interactions that happened on the original social media platforms as well as interactions on the Walls.io social wall.
C. Sentiment: Displays the overall sentiment of your posts detected by our AI, and a breakdown across all recognized sentiment categories.
D. Moderation: Shows the total number of collected posts and their visibility on the social wall.
Visible: Posts that are visible on the wall (published)
Spam: Posts that are marked as spam and therefore not visible
Manual: Posts that were manually hidden by you and/or your team in the Moderation Panel
Automatic: Posts that were automatically hidden by our AI filters. These filters include date, content type, duplicate posts, and language filters.
Sources
As opposed to the Networks sections which provides a general overview of the different platforms used, the Sources section provides a more detailed breakdown of where your content came from.
Here, you can see exactly which sources (such as hashtags, account names, etc.) performed well and which generated fewer or no posts. This is especially useful for analyzing the effectiveness of individual hashtag campaigns or keywords.
You can also choose to switch between different styles of charts by clicking the corresponding buttons.
Traffic
The Traffic section shows how many visits your wall has received during the selected time frame.
Direct Traffic: Refers to the users opening the standalone wall URL in their browser
Widget Traffic: Refers to users visiting a website where the social wall is embedded via a widget. This data includes a list of detailed traffic information for each embedding website (pictured on the right panel list).
🔎 Please note: If you have enabled Direct Posts and users scan the QR code, this traffic is counted as Direct Traffic.
