After logging in to Walls.io, you will land on your user dashboard, which is your home base for everything wall-related. From here, you can create new walls, jump into existing ones, and glance at what's happening across your account, all in one place.

First, let's take a look at what each section refers to.

A. On your left sidebar, you can see how many sources your plan has.

B. Here you can check out pricing and upgrade to a different plan.

C. Access to your Account Management.

D. Access our Help Center for articles and video tutorials.

E. If there is anything pending or you have missing connections in your account, informational messages will display here.

F. Indicates how many sources you have used across your social walls against the sources available in your plan.

G. Your list of social walls. You can view, edit, delete, duplicate, and create new walls here.

H. Access to your Account Management.

I. Need quick support? You can access our live chat here.

Each specific card within your list of walls gives you a quick glance at the sources that are currently being used for the wall and the stats, such as the number of visitors and posts.

If you want to edit or view a specific wall, do the following:

  1. View wall: Click the hyperlink to view the wall in a new tab.

  2. View wall: Click the eye icon to view the wall in a new tab.

  3. Analytics: Click the graph to go directly to your wall's Analytics dashboard.

  4. Settings: Click the gear to edit your wall. You will be directed to the Moderation Panel for quick access to refine individual posts.

  5. Actions: Click the three dots to reveal the options to "Duplicate wall" and "Delete wall."

    1. Duplicate wall: A pop-up will open for you to name the duplicate and select which settings you want to be copied from the existing wall to the new one.

    2. Delete wall: A pop-up will open to enter your account email address to authorize the wall deletion.

If the issues still persist, don't hesitate to contact the support team via the chat or support@walls.io!
