Sponsored Posts let you place custom promotional content directly on your Walls.io social wall. You can use them to highlight sponsors, campaigns, announcements, or featured videos at fixed intervals between regular social posts. This article explains which plans include Sponsored Posts and how to create both image and video sponsored posts in Walls.io.
Who can use Sponsored Posts?
Sponsored Posts are part of the Promotion Pack, which can be purchased as an add-on for all plans. Sponsored Posts are also included in our Enterprise plans and some legacy plans.
How are Sponsored Posts created?
In your Walls.io account, go to Promotion > Sponsored Posts.
Click "Enable Sponsored Posts".
Choose how often sponsored posts should appear on your wall. For example, if you set the interval to 15, every 15th post will be a sponsored post.
Click "Create Sponsored Post" to add an image-based or video sponsored post.
Add your content and save the post by clicking "Create".
Upload as many different pictures or videos as you want and set up intervals to define how often those sponsored posts will show up on your wall, e.g. “every n-the post is a sponsored post.” So, if you set the interval to 15 posts, every 15th post on your social wall will be a sponsored one.
To create a sponsored post, click on "Create Sponsored Post" in the Promotion > Sponsored Posts view. You will need to add some content (text or image or both). You can find further info about the image size and text length in this article.
When you're done setting up your social wall, just click on "Create". All the saved posts are listed under Promotion > Sponsored Posts. You can always edit or delete a Sponsored Post.
To create a sponsored video post, click on "Create Sponsored Post" in the Promotion > Sponsored Posts view. Just drag and drop your video to upload it to Walls.io.
🔎 Please note: Sponsored video posts must be uploaded as MP4 files, and each file must be 250 MB or smaller.
