If you want to stop using a paid Walls.io plan, the cancellation steps depend on how you purchased it. This article explains how to cancel a self-service subscription and how to cancel a direct contract paid by invoice.

How & where to cancel my self-service subscription? 

The Walls.io subscriptions are charged monthly or yearly, as an automatically renewed subscription. Since we don't force you into long-term commitments, you can cancel your self-service subscription anytime within the active period

🔎 Please note: for policy reasons, our team cannot cancel self-service subscriptions on your behalf. You need to complete the cancellation from your own account while the subscription is still active.

How to cancel your self-service Walls.io subscription

  1. Log in to your Walls.io account.

  2. Open Dashboard > Manage Account.

3. Go to Your Subscription or open this subscription page.

4. Click "Cancel my subscription" and follow the confirmation steps.

I'm not using self-service!
How & where can I cancel my direct contract (invoice + wire transfer)?

Yearly paid direct contracts have to be canceled manually within the cancellation period stated in your contract. Get in contact with office@walls.io to start the process.
