PowerPoint is a Microsoft Office program that allows you to create great presentations.
To embed your wall in your PowerPoint presentation, follow these steps:
1. Sign up at Walls.io & set up your social wall
To get started, sign up for a Walls.io trial. Setting up your social wall is fairly easy - connect your social media accounts and start adding sources – f.e. hashtags around your brand and products, or your owned social media accounts. 2. Copy the link to your wall
In your Walls.io account, click "View wall" and copy the link to your wall (ie. my.walls.io/starbucks):
3. Install the PowerPoint Add-In - "Web Viewer"
Since PowerPoint by default can NOT embed any widgets/websites, you'd have to install a PowerPoint add-in called "Web Viewer": https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/wa104295828?tab=overview&exp=kyyw
Then click "Open in PowerPoint" or "try using Office Online" (if you're using PowerPoint online):
For those who use Office Online, click "Open in PowerPoint Online" after clicking "try using Office Online":
After you install the add-in, you can launch it by choosing the add-in button on the Insert tab of your PowerPoint presentation:
4. Embed the wall in PowerPoint
After adding the add-in "Web-Viewer" to your presentation, add the link to your wall as it's shown on the screenshot (without additional https://) and click "Preview":
Voila, your wall is successfully embedded in PowerPoint:
