With Walls.io, you can push videos on ShoutOut onto your Wall. This step-by-step guide explains how it's done.
🚨 Important: This integration requires access to the Walls.io API, which can be purchased as an add-on for all plans. API access is also included in our Enterprise plans and some legacy plans.
To add ShoutOut content onto your wall, watch this short video or check out the step-by-step guide below.
1. Sign-up to ShoutOut
To get started, sign up with ShoutOut (https://www.shoutout.social/) if you haven't already. ShoutOut is a platform that focuses on crowdsourced video production and user-generated content for social media marketing.
2. Enable API access for your Walls.io social wall
In Walls.io, go to "Settings" -> "API Access" and activate the access token:
3. Create a new Project
In your project Dashboard click on "Create a new project" if you already don't have one.
4. Connect the Walls.io API
In your account settings click on "Social Accounts".
Scroll down until you see the Walls.io section. Here input the name of the Wall you want to connect and the API code we generated in step 2.
5. Invite your contributors to record UGC
Back to your project, share the link/QR code with your contributors to gather content for your wall.
6. Share the UGC content on your Walls.io Wall
On your project page, under the "Edit and share videos" section you will see all the UGC submitted by contributors. Click on the Share Icon and select Walls.io.
Now choose the caption of the post (you can automatically generate it with AI) and when you are ready click on "Share".
Voila! Your ShoutOut video is on your Walls.io social wall!
