Using Walls.io for Websites / Walls.io for Digital Signage at Live Events

💡 Tip: Due to their 15 minute content update intervals, our Walls.io for Websites / Walls.io for Digital Signage plans are generally NOT a suitable choice for displaying content to a live audience at events!

Please choose from our Walls.io for Events plans for using Walls.io at events with fast content updates!

Limitations of Live Audience

What does max. size of live audience mean?

Live Audience refers to the maximum number of unique visitors allowed to view, visit and interact with your wall. If the number of visitors of your wall exceeds this number, they will not receive live content updates. For larger live audiences, please book a meeting with our enterprise sales team!

Our entry level Event Pass and Event Subscriptions work great with live audiences of up to 500 viewers!

If the live audience exceeds 500, your social wall will switch to "static mode" and display an orange banner to all users:

In static mode, your social wall will not live-update with new content, but will require a manual reload by the user!

For live audiences larger than 500, we recommend our Enterprise Event Pass and Enterprise Subscriptions!

How to check the number of live viewers?

You can always check the number of concurrent viewers of your wall on your Dashboard (please mind, that the displayed number is updated only once per minute):
