Using the Professional plan for events
💡 Important: Due to its 15 minute content update intervals, our Professional subscriptions are generally NOT a suitable choice for displaying content to a live audience at events! Please browse through our Event Pass solutions for using Walls.io at events with fast content updates!
Maximum live audience
Our entry level event pass works great with live audiences of up to 500 concurrent viewers! If the number of concurrent viewers exceeds 500, the wall will switch to "static mode" and display an orange banner to all users:
In static mode, the wall will not live-update with new content, but will require a manual reload by the user!
For audiences larger than 500, we recommend our enterprise event pass and enterprise subscriptions!
How to check the number of concurrent viewers?
You can always check the number of concurrent viewers of your wall on your Dashboard (please mind, that the displayed number is updated only once per minute):
