The feature of adding Admins & Moderators is only available for Pro and Premium users!

Before we explain how to add additional Admins or Moderators, here are the key differences between these roles:

  • The Moderator role is more content related – moderating the content on the Social Wall. Moderators can moderate posts, but can NOT change Wall settings.
  • The Admin role includes the rest of the features/actions. However, the big difference between the Admin and the Owner of a Wall is that Admins can not add/change social media connections or manage the subscription. 

Hence, the hierarchy between the three goes like this: Owner > Admin > Moderator.

To add additional Admins or Moderators, open your Wall's settings interface and choose Moderation > Admins & Moderators:

Then simply put an email address into the text field and choose the role to invite colleagues to collaborate on your Wall.

Do additional moderators need a paid subscription themselves?

No, with a Pro/Premium plan you can invite “free” accounts as additional moderators to your wall. If the invited user registers a new account, it will be in a free 30 day trial and then switch to a free account.

A moderator did not receive the invitation mail!

Check in your spam folder. Also ask your IT department, if maybe a firewall or spam filter blocks incoming emails. If you still can't find our invitation mail, please contact support!
