Once you are ready to move on from Walls.io, there are currently two ways to delete an account:
Please note that account deletion is irreversible, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
Follow these steps to delete your own account: 1. Sign in to your Walls.io account. 2. Navigate to the Account Settings section via the dashboard. 3. Locate the account deletion option and confirm your choice.
Then you have to go to "Subscriptions & Add-ons" and click on "Delete my account". Shortly afterward, you will receive a confirmation email.
Remember that this action cannot be undone, and all your data will be permanently deleted.
Alternatively, you can contact one of our support agents, either through the chat (bottom right corner) or directly through e-mail: support@walls.io. We will then proceed to delete your account for you and after that, you will receive a confirmation email too.
