Once you are ready to move on from Walls.io, there are currently two ways to delete an account:
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated data is removed permanently.
How to delete your account yourself
1. Sign in to your Walls.io account.
2. Open Manage Account > Subscriptions & Add-ons from the dashboard.
3. Click "Delete my account" and confirm.
4. Check your email for the deletion confirmation.
Remember that this action cannot be undone, and all your data will be permanently deleted.
Alternatively, you can contact one of our support agents, either through the chat (bottom right corner) or directly through e-mail: support@walls.io. We will then proceed to delete your account for you, and thereafter, you will receive a confirmation email too.
