How & where to cancel my self-service subscription? 

The subscriptions are charged monthly or yearly, as an automatically renewed subscription. Since we don't force you into long term commitments, you can cancel your self-service subscription anytime within the active period

Notice: For policy reasons, we are not permitted to cancel your subscription for you.

You can cancel your subscription by logging in with your account and clicking "Manage Account" on the dashboard:

Afterwards you have to click on "Your Subscription", where find the "Cancel my subscription" link:


Alternatively, you can click on the subscription link you'll find in each of our payment confirmations:

How & where can I cancel my direct contract (invoice + wire transfer)?

Yearly paid direct contracts have to be cancelled manually within the cancellation period stated in your contract. Get in contact with to start the process.

What happens next?

After your subscription is over (regardless of whether it was an Event Pass or a recurring subscription) your account and Wall will continue to exist, but will be moved over to our Free plan with all limitations that apply as per our feature matrix.
You can of course always choose to re-sign-up for a paid plan as needed. 😊
