1. Sign up at Walls.io & set up your social wall
To get started, sign up for a Walls.io trial. Setting up your social wall is fairly easy – connect your social media accounts and start adding sources – f.e. hashtags around your brand and products or your owned social media accounts. For further information, check out our tutorial or watch the video below!
2. Copy the ID of your Walls.io social wall
In your Walls.io account, go to "Settings" / "Basics" and copy the ID of your wall (f.e. in https://my.walls.io/starbucks
, the ID is starbucks
):
To embed your social wall in RingCentral, watch this short video or check out the step-by-step guide below.
3. In your RingCentral organization account – go to “Apps” and install the Walls.io application:
4. In your RingCentral event – you can now enable the Walls.io integration on the Reception, Stage or Expo pages:
Go to the page you want to activate the integration on (Reception, Stage or Expo)
Enter a name for the tab (f.e. “Social Wall”)
Paste the Wall ID you copied in step 2
Don’t forget to check the “Walls.io Enabled” checkbox!
4. Done!
That's all there is! You can save the changes and check the live- or preview page to see if everything is to your expectations! You'll find your social wall in the sidebar!
